OUR STORY

The Oil & Gas Academy began with one question every engineer eventually asks:

“Why is so much training disconnected from the reality of the field?”

After 15+ years working across LNG, offshore platforms, refineries, and petrochemicals, our founder experienced this gap firsthand:
  • Too much theory, too little application
  • Slides instead of real data
  • Generic content instead of plant-specific challenges
  • Outdated methods in an era of digital transformation

Meanwhile, operational demands were growing—more inspections, more audits, more alarms, more integrity threats—while traditional training lagged behind.

To help bridge this gap, the journey started with writing practical books on
Asset Integrity and Reliability.
